Tom Puite

Tom is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is currently pursuing his certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Along with extensive training in biomechanics, post rehabilitation, and sport specifics, Tom is a top-notch spinning instructor, completing both the Jonny G. spinning certification and the Sync-Cycle master program. 
His participation in college level athletics with the CSUC Cycling, football, and track teams, gives him unique insight when it comes to motivation, drive and reaching goals. He has a great understanding of the human structure and intuitively knows its limitations –but, at the same time, he will push you to your limits.
