Mike Quick

Mike Quick has devoted the last 15 years of his life to helping people of all ages benefit from physical fitness. From teaching young children how to swim to assisting individuals recovering from injuries, Mike has been able to see first hand that exercise is the key to a happy and healthy life. It is his belief that we cannot truly have a high quality of life without consistent, safe, and effective exercise. And it is this belief that drives him to show everyone he can the over-whelming benefits a life of fitness can give.
The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certify Mike. He has also been exposed, via classes and seminars to the latest in training techniques for young athletes, pre/post natal exercise, post-rehabilitation, and core training. In addition, he is an accomplished swimming instructor with more than 20 years of experience.
Mike is the son of Richard Quick, 12 time national champion swimming coach, as well as head women's coach on the last 6 Olympic teams.
