is the base for all cycle classes at KOR. Once you experience
the power of synchronicity, you will be hooked on this unique
cycling phenomenon. |
| Hard-KOR Cycle |
60 Minutes Level 2-3 |
A longer, harder version of Sync-Cycle designed for the advanced cycle enthusiast.
We do invite all levels to participate at their own pace. |
| Rush Hour Cycle |
30 Minutes Level 1-3 |
| A shorter version of Hard-KOR Cycle for the folks with busy schedules that still want an intense workout. |
| KOR Sculpt |
60 Minutes Level 1-3 |
| Take our regular Sync-Cycle class add some hand weights and flex bands and you have a total body workout on the bike. Join us and watch your body change. |
| Sync Cycle. Abs and Yoga |
60-95 Minutes All Levels |
| A full body workout. 30 minutes of spin, 10-15 minutes of Abdominal work with a relaxing yoga stretch. This workout leaves you energized, relaxed and ready for the rest of your day. |

| A mind and body workout, focusing on the core, flexibility, strength, and endurance while sculpting long, lean muscles. |
| Qi Gong |

| Qi Gong or “energy work” is a system of Chinese health exercises that are designed to facilitate a balanced body and mind. Through correcting body posture, relaxing the breath, circulating energy and body fluids; Qi Gong helps alleviate “stagnation” such as cellulite, toxins, pain and disease. |
